He has worked as a claims adjuster, supervisor, manager, litigation head, V.P. of claims, & Director of staff counsel. In those capacities he has adjusted claims, established proper reserving policies, assisted in writing Claims practices,directed litigation,established catastrophe storm procedures, audited & headed the audit team for compliance, coordinated programs between IT & claims, assisted product/underwriting in drafting insurance contracts,& traveled with marketing to present the products to agents.
